So I just found your blog and the first thing I see is Toasted Ravioli. OMG these are my favorite and were on my to do list. Now that you are going to post a recipe I cant wait to try it. Great blog!
We first had toasted ravioli in St. Louis a number of years ago, but it is something that seems like no two places make the same way.
